“To me, photography is an art of observation. I’ve found it has little to do with the things you see and everything to do with the way you see them”

– Elliott Erwitt –

I am Zoë, a travel junkie, adventure seeker, day-dreamer, tea-pot owner, french bulldog lover, motorbike rider, photo-taker and all round goofball.

The photos I love to take on your wedding day are taken with a creative eye, are unobtrusive, sensitive, photojournalistic, and relaxed. For me, wedding photography is less about the poses, and more about the moments. Capturing the interactions between friends and family members, the raw emotion, the happiness and the sense of a celebration that a wedding day brings – that is what photographing your day is about.

Most importantly, it’s about you having fun, feeling relaxed, and enjoying your day as you should!

When I’m not out photographing weddings you’ll probably find me somewhere far away – wherever the adventure calls is where I like to be (it’s more than than likely that it will also involve a motorbike). I am currently working on a portrait project to raise money for children living with or affected by HIV/AIDs. Having spent time photographing these children 10 years ago, I went back to find them a decade on. To find out more on this project you can head

I would love the opportunity to have a chat with you about your wedding day. So get in touch, and come around to my place for a cup of tea and a chin-wag.
